Ralph DeMassa began DeMassa Appliance Service in 1980 out of his garage and has been at the Main Avenue store for 41 years! In 2019, his daughter Tracey DeMassa-Lee joined the team with the intention of carrying on the family business someday after Ralph retires. While Tracey runs the day-to-day operations, Ralph is focused on working in the shop, sharing his knowledge, as well as assisting with training and enhancing our systems.
